We offer guest house accommodation in deluxe double rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Each room is equipped with the following:
A modern well equipped dining and serving area is where breakfast is served. The fully fitted Kitchen, which may appear more of an art feature, is available also for your self-catering needs. The splash pool (1.4m deep) with a large thatch covered deck makes for wonderful outdoor relaxation. Braai/BBQ and secure parking facilities are also available at the guest house.

Rates & CANCELLATION POLICY
A. A booking with Lodge Bellagio constitutes a contract covered by these terms and conditions and last minute
cancellation (within 24 hours of expected check-in) will result in the guest becoming liable for the full amount of the
accommodation period unless Lodge Bellagio can re-let the accommodation at such short notice.
B. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Any bookings without a deposit are not confirmed bookings and the
accommodation will be re-let if the payment is not received by the agreed payment date. The remaining 50% is due on
arrival.
C. Percentage of the total booking which is not refundable in the event of cancellation or non arrival:
- Free Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation less than 7 days , 100% is forfeited
D. Check in is from 14h00 - 19h00. Check out time is 10h00. A late check-out may be arranged at reception. *Terms and conditions

E. No persons, other than those quoted at the time of booking, are permitted to share the accommodation. In the event of additional guests arriving, they will be charged the regular rates.
F. Payment may be made using Cash, EFT, Direct deposits, Credit card or South African Bank guaranteed Cheque
G. Once deposits have been received, it is then deemed that you agree with these terms and conditions.
